Public Consultation | Resolution 717
Following the proceedings set forth on resolution 717, RIOgaleão provides the Term of Conditions to Access PAA -GIG (Aircraft Fueling Park) and its attachments for public consultation.
Questions and contributions shall be referred, according to the timetable described below, to consultapublica@riogaleao.com

Date: 03/31/2023 STEP:
- Beggining of conultation phase;
-Publication, on the GIG website, of the TCA draft and other relevant documents for the consultation, which are:
- Draft of Term of Conditions for Access with the following attachments: (1) Attachment I - Requirements to be met by the Petitioner; (2) Attachment II - Instalations and equipment used to provide the Services; (3) Attachment III - Standard Requirement Model; (4) Attachment IV - Service Agreement.
- Legal opinion, developed by Dr Ricardo Fenelon, upon the POOL's request, stating the compliance of the content of the documents released with the determinations of Res. ANAC 302/2014 (as amended by Res. ANAC 717/2023);
- Economic study, developed by independent consultant Terrafirma, upon the POOL's request, detailing the calculation methodology and the assumptions considered to calculate the fee related to the Services to be provided;
- Confidentiality Agreement, which shall be signed in the event that a potential third party is interested in auditing the calculations developed by consulting firm Terrafirma. In this case, the Confidentiality Agreement must be executed by the independent economic consulting firm hired by the interested third party, at their expense, so that it is viable to receive the strategic information, sensitive in terms of competition, that were considered to calculate the fee (arts. 22 of Law 12.527/2011 and 6th, item I and 5th, § 2 of Decree 7.724/12).
- Contributions Sheet, to be preferrably used by the parties potentially interested in submitting suggestions to enhance the TCA draft and/or its attachments.

Date: 11/17/2023 STEP:
- Deadline to register potential interested parties in the virtual meeting for the presentation of the TCA's content and its reasons. - Registration shall be made through an email sent to consultapublica@riogaleao.com and TCA-ANACGIG@vibraenergia.com.br, with the following information:
(i) name of the company;
(ii) cnpj number;
(iii) name of representative; and
(iv) email to send the meeting link to. -
Date: 11/27/2023 STEP:
- Virtual meeting to present the TCA's content and expose the reasons for them. The meeting shall be 1 hour and 30 minutes long. The link to access the virtual meeting shall be sent by email to those who have manifested their interest in attending the meeting.

Date: 02/29/2024 STEP:
- Deadline for the submission of written contributions regarding the documents made available for consultation.
- The contributions must be sent by email, by February 29, 2024. to the following addresses: consultapublica@riogaleao.com and TCA-ANACGIG@vibraenergia.com.br The contributions shall preferrably be submitted using the model of the Contributions Sheet.

Date: 04/01/2024 STEP:
- Presentation, to ANAC, of the final TCA proposal, with the justification of acceptance or non-acceptance of the manifestations received.
